the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings. the exclusive room advantages, like the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, exceeded my expectations. the restaurant had a diverse menu, with delicious, high-quality food. the location advantages, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions, made it convenient to explore the area.

The only minor issue was with the service at the bar/lounge area. Despite its exclusive atmosphere, the staff seemed overwhelmed and slow to respond.

The hotel staff, especially Mr. Jerry Zhou, were incredibly kind and attentive. They arranged for our pickup from the train station and even surprised us with a dish of local fruit upon arrival. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city provided stunning mountain views, and there was a great Chinese restaurant, swimming pool, and gym on-site. Additionally, being situated in front of the only shopping mall in town was convenient, with a Starbucks located inside.

Great views, good location, amazing staff, awesome facilities. The hotel is located just at the city's outskirts with beautiful views of the mountains. It is conveniently located in front of the only shopping mall in town with a Starbucks outlet inside. The gym and the swimming pool are fantastic, and the Chinese restaurant serves delicious food. We had an excellent experience with the staff - they helped us arrange transportation, and one of them even got us a dish of sweet local pomelo. Breakfast was good and offered many options.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is situated in a central location which made it easy to access key areas. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from, catering to all tastes. the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities required for a romantic escape, including glass walls in the bathroom, which added to the ambience.

With regards to the staff's level of training which caused delays during check-in and check-out. the noise levels from the traffic outside the hotel were unbearable.

The hotel is conveniently located just in front of the only shopping mall in the area and close to other dining options. it has easy access to the Shanghai area. Rooms are beautifully appointed with modern facilities and nice bathrooms. Service is excellent and breakfast is varied. the gym is modern, and the dining options are excellent.

The check-in process can be slow, causing a delay in getting to your room.

The room was spacious enough for me and the bed was comfy. The new TV was a bonus. The hotel is very close to the town center and within walking distance to the shops. It was good to see that the breakfast was included in the price too.

The staff seemed uninterested, the lobby had an unpleasant smell, and the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the shower was barely functional.
